Yes — always. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked outer box. No product names, no PEPTRIX branding, and no indication of contents on the outside. The return address appears as a neutral label. Your privacy is standard — not an option.

Yes — every order, no exceptions. Insulated packaging and ice packs are standard on every shipment regardless of order size or season. Cold-chain is not an add-on. It's the baseline.

Contact us immediately at thepeptrix@gmail.com with a photo of the packaging. Lyophilized peptides are significantly more stable than reconstituted peptides and can tolerate short temperature excursions, but if there's a verified cold-chain failure on our end we will make it right.

All compounds are 98%+ purity minimum, with many testing significantly higher. Retatrutide batches have tested at 99.4–99.9%, Tirzepatide at 99.6–99.9%, NAD+ confirmed at full potency. Every batch is independently tested — purity is on the COA, not our word.

All peptides ship lyophilized (freeze-dried powder). This is the most stable form for shipping and long-term storage. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is included free with every order.

Lyophilized peptides stored at 2–8°C (refrigerated) are stable for 24+ months. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Never freeze reconstituted peptides.

1. Bring the vial to room temperature (15–20 minutes)
2. Draw bacteriostatic water into a syringe
3. Inject slowly down the inner wall of the vial — never directly onto the powder
4. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Never shake.
5. Refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C. Use within 28 days.

This depends on your desired concentration for your research protocol. A common starting point is 1ml of bacteriostatic water per 1mg of peptide, yielding a 1mg/ml solution. Adjust based on your specific protocol requirements.

Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) is strongly preferred — it prevents microbial growth and extends the usable life of the reconstituted peptide to 28 days. Sterile water can be used but the solution must be used within 24 hours.

If there is a verified shipping or quality error on our end, contact us at thepeptrix@gmail.com within 48 hours with photo documentation and we will review and resolve it.
